Wood Luminaires
Manufacturing process
The work begins with choosing the design, the size of the light fixture, and the type of wood. Once these have been decided, I begin gluing the facing and backing and pressing the wood. Once the glue has dried, I cut the wood according to the chosen design.
The days are then filled with neutral, tinted, or filled resin, and the whole thing is debubbled in a vacuum chamber . The assembly phase of the light fixture then begins, followed by sanding, polishing, and waxing.
At the end of the process, the luminaire is electrified and final quality control testsare carried out .
